1. What PoultryWinner is
PoultryWinner is a farm-management application for tracking flocks, feed, health, hatchery, inventory, eggs, growth, sales and finances. It is not veterinary, nutritional, financial, tax or legal advice.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PoultryWinner on your own. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 may not use the service. By using the app you confirm that you can form a binding agreement where you live.
3. Your account and farm team
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the access and roles you give to other people on your farm. The cloud account is separate from any on-device farm username.
4. Your data
Your farm records belong to you. You give us only the permission needed to operate the service for you, such as storing and processing the data you upload. Day-to-day records are stored first on your device, and you are responsible for their accuracy and for keeping backups. Paid plans let you download a backup of your records (Settings > Data & Backup), and restoring your own backup is always free.
5. Cloud features
Cloud features (account, farm registration and record synchronisation) link and protect your account and let you restore your records on another phone. Record synchronisation is part of the paid plans and runs when your farm is linked and you are signed in. Even so, keep regular backups where your plan allows, and do not treat the app as your only copy of important data.
6. Plans and free trial
PoultryWinner offers Standard (free), Starter and Premium plans, with limits and features described in the app. A new farm receives one free trial of 14 days with all features. The trial belongs to the farm and is not repeated. Once your farm is linked to its online account, the trial date is kept on our server, so clearing the app data or using another phone does not restart it, and every phone of the farm shows the same days left. We may limit abuse. Prices, currency and billing period are shown before you pay.
7. When the trial ends or your plan changes
We never delete your records because a trial ends or you change plan, and your existing flocks, houses and records stay available for you to manage. When the trial ends without a paid plan you continue on Standard. The app will show the plan that fits what you already manage (for example, a farm with more flocks than Standard allows will be advised to choose Starter or Premium accordingly). Plan limits apply to adding new flocks, houses and users and to access to plan-specific features. We may change plan limits and features for future use with notice in the app.
8. Payment, renewal and refunds
Paid plans are charged through an independent payment provider, and your plan is activated after the payment is confirmed. Paid plans do not renew automatically: each payment buys one period (a month or a year) and we remind you before it ends so you can pay again. Your plan continues until the end of the period you paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires or where we state otherwise at purchase. Prices may include or exclude taxes as shown at checkout. If a payment fails or is reversed, your account returns to Standard.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use PoultryWinner for unlawful activity, to attempt to compromise security, to access data you are not authorised to see, to interfere with the service or other users, or to resell or copy the service without our permission.
10. Farm decisions
Calculations, projections and guidance in the app are planning tools. Verify important information, and consult a qualified veterinarian, nutritionist or advisor, before decisions affecting animal health, welfare, finances or production.
11. Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as available" and "as is". We aim for reliable operation but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost livestock or data loss arising from use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
13. Suspension and ending
You may stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the service and other users. Before doing so we will, where reasonable, tell you why and let you export your records.
14. Our rights
The app, its design, name and logo belong to Zakayo Technologies. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app under these Terms.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The version and date shown below will change, and for material changes we will notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Zakayo Technologies is established, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. We will try to resolve disputes informally first by contacting zakayotechnologies@gmail.com.

2. Umri na ustahiki

3. Akaunti yako na timu ya shamba

4. Data yako
Rekodi za shamba lako ni mali yako. Unatupa ruhusa inayohitajika tu kuendesha huduma kwa ajili yako, kama kuhifadhi na kuchakata data unayopakia. Rekodi za kila siku huhifadhiwa kwanza kwenye kifaa chako, na unawajibika kwa usahihi wake na kwa nakala rudufu. Mipango ya kulipia hukuruhusu kupakua nakala rudufu ya rekodi zako (Settings > Data & Backup), na kurejesha nakala yako mwenyewe ni bure kila wakati.
5. Huduma za wingu
Huduma za wingu (akaunti, usajili wa shamba na usawazishaji wa rekodi) huunganisha na kulinda akaunti yako na hukuwezesha kurejesha rekodi zako kwenye simu nyingine. Usawazishaji wa rekodi ni sehemu ya mipango ya kulipia na hufanya kazi shamba lako likiwa limeunganishwa na umeingia. Hata hivyo, hifadhi nakala rudufu mara kwa mara pale mpango wako unaporuhusu, na usichukulie programu kuwa nakala yako pekee ya data muhimu.
6. Mipango na majaribio bure
PoultryWinner ina mipango ya Standard (bure), Starter na Premium, yenye mipaka na huduma zilizoelezwa ndani ya programu. Shamba jipya hupata jaribio moja la bure la siku 14 lenye huduma zote. Jaribio ni la shamba na halirudiwi. Shamba lako likishaunganishwa na akaunti ya mtandaoni, tarehe ya jaribio hutunzwa kwenye seva yetu, kwa hiyo kufuta data ya programu au kutumia simu nyingine hakulianzishi upya, na simu zote za shamba huonyesha siku zilizobaki zilezile. Tunaweza kudhibiti matumizi mabaya. Bei, sarafu na kipindi cha malipo huonyeshwa kabla ya kulipa.
7. Jaribio likiisha au mpango ukibadilika
Hatufuti rekodi zako kwa sababu jaribio limeisha au umebadilisha mpango, na makundi, mabanda na rekodi ulizonazo vinabaki kwako kuvisimamia. Jaribio likiisha bila mpango wa kulipia unaendelea na Standard. Programu itaonyesha mpango unaolingana na ulichonacho (mfano, shamba lenye makundi mengi kuliko Standard linavyoruhusu litashauriwa kuchagua Starter au Premium ipasavyo). Mipaka ya mpango inahusu kuongeza makundi, mabanda na watumiaji wapya na upatikanaji wa huduma za mpango husika. Tunaweza kubadilisha mipaka na huduma kwa matumizi ya baadaye kwa taarifa ndani ya programu.
8. Malipo, kuhuisha na marejesho
Mipango ya kulipia hutozwa kupitia mtoa huduma huru wa malipo, na mpango wako huwashwa baada ya malipo kuthibitishwa. Mipango ya kulipia haihuishwi yenyewe: kila malipo hununua kipindi kimoja (mwezi au mwaka) na tunakukumbusha kabla hakijaisha ili ulipe tena. Mpango wako unaendelea hadi mwisho wa kipindi ulicholipia. Ada hazirudishwi isipokuwa sheria inapohitaji au tunaposema vinginevyo wakati wa ununuzi. Bei zinaweza kujumuisha au kutojumuisha kodi kama inavyoonyeshwa wakati wa malipo. Malipo yakishindwa au kurudishwa, akaunti yako inarudi kwenye Standard.
9. Matumizi yanayokubalika
Usitumie PoultryWinner kwa shughuli haramu, kujaribu kuvunja usalama, kufikia data usiyoruhusiwa kuona, kuingilia huduma au watumiaji wengine, wala kuuza tena au kunakili huduma bila ruhusa yetu.
10. Maamuzi ya shamba
Hesabu, makadirio na mwongozo wa programu ni zana za kupanga. Thibitisha taarifa muhimu, na wasiliana na daktari wa mifugo, mtaalamu wa lishe au mshauri aliyehitimu, kabla ya maamuzi yanayoathiri afya ya wanyama, ustawi, fedha au uzalishaji.
11. Upatikanaji na dhamana
Huduma hutolewa "kama inavyopatikana" na "kama ilivyo". Tunalenga utendaji wa kuaminika lakini hatuahidi kuwa hautakatika au hautakuwa na hitilafu.
12. Kikomo cha dhima
Kwa kadiri sheria inavyoruhusu, hatuwajibiki kwa hasara isiyo ya moja kwa moja au ya matokeo, faida iliyopotea, mifugo iliyopotea au upotevu wa data kutokana na matumizi ya programu, na dhima yetu yote kwa dai lolote ni kiasi ulicholipa kwetu kwa huduma katika miezi 12 kabla ya dai. Hakuna kilichomo hapa kinachopunguza haki ulizonazo chini ya sheria ya lazima ya watumiaji.
13. Kusimamisha na kumaliza
Unaweza kuacha kutumia huduma na kuomba akaunti yako ifutwe wakati wowote. Tunaweza kusimamisha au kumaliza ufikiaji kwa ukiukaji mkubwa au wa kurudia wa Masharti haya, kutolipa, au kulinda huduma na watumiaji wengine. Kabla ya hapo, pale inapofaa, tutakueleza sababu na kukuruhusu kuhamisha rekodi zako.
14. Haki zetu
Programu, muundo wake, jina na nembo ni mali ya Zakayo Technologies. Tunakupa haki ya kibinafsi, isiyo ya kipekee na isiyohamishika ya kutumia programu chini ya Masharti haya.
15. Mabadiliko
Tunaweza kusasisha Masharti haya bidhaa inapobadilika. Toleo na tarehe zinazoonyeshwa hapa chini zitabadilika, na kwa mabadiliko makubwa tutakuarifu ndani ya programu. Kuendelea kutumia programu baada ya mabadiliko kunamaanisha unayakubali.
16. Sheria inayotawala
Masharti haya yanatawaliwa na sheria za mamlaka ambamo Zakayo Technologies imeanzishwa, bila kuondoa ulinzi wa lazima wa watumiaji wa nchi unayoishi. Tutajaribu kutatua migogoro kwa mazungumzo kwanza kwa kuwasiliana na zakayotechnologies@gmail.com.
