You can ask us to delete your PoultryWinner account and the online data linked to it. Do it in three steps:
- Write an email to zakayotechnologies@gmail.com with the subject Delete my PoultryWinner account.
- Send it from the email address you sign in with. Add your farm name.
- We will check that the request is from you and then confirm by email when your account is deleted.
What is deleted
Your online account and the farm registration and records stored online for your farm.
What stays
- Records stored on your own phone stay there until you delete them or clear the app data. If you want a copy before you go, download a backup first (paid plans) or tell us in your email.
- We may keep limited records, such as payment and tax records and security logs, for as long as the law requires or is needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
