1. Who we are
PoultryWinner is a farm-management application operated by Zakayo Technologies ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: zakayotechnologies@gmail.com.
2. Information we handle
Farm records you enter (flocks, houses, production, health, feed, inventory, sales, costs, farm users and settings); account details (email address and sign-in credentials); farm registration details (farm name, country, account owner and membership role); subscription status (plan, trial dates, payment status and payment reference); device preferences (language, appearance, unlock state); and basic technical and security logs (such as time of request, error details and, on our servers, network address).
3. Offline-first storage
Day-to-day farm records are stored first on your own device and browser. We do not receive them unless a feature you use uploads them. You are responsible for keeping your own backups and for securing your device.
4. Cloud account
If you create an account or sign in, your email address and password are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth). We do not store your password in readable form and we cannot see it.
5. What is uploaded to the cloud
While signed in, the app uploads limited farm registration data (such as farm name, country and the account owner identifier) so your account can be linked to your farm, plus your subscription status. When your farm is linked, you are signed in and your plan includes the online copy, your daily records (for example mortality, feed, egg and weight entries) are also uploaded so they can be restored and shared with your team. Your flocks, houses, feeding, health, eggs, weights, sales, payments, costs, income, inventory and hatchery records are also uploaded, so they can be restored on a new phone and shared with your team according to each person's role. Passwords, fingerprint unlock and phone display settings stay on your device. Payments are processed by Flutterwave; we keep only the payment reference, plan, amount and status, never your card or mobile-money details.
6. Payments
Paid plans are processed by an independent payment provider. Card and mobile-money details are entered with the provider and are never stored by us. We receive only the result of the payment (for example paid, failed or refunded), the plan purchased, the amount and a payment reference, so that your plan can be activated and our records kept.
7. Biometrics and passkeys
If you use fingerprint, face unlock or a passkey, the verification is done by your device. We never receive or store your biometric data.
8. How we use information
To provide and secure the app and your account, to link you to your farm and your farm team, to activate and manage your plan, to prevent abuse and fraud, to fix errors and improve the product, to answer your requests, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your farm records for advertising.
9. Who processes your information
We use service providers to run the app: cloud database and authentication (Supabase), website and app hosting, and a payment provider. They may process information only to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the service.
10. International transfers
Our providers may store or process information in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal information we take reasonable steps so that it is protected as described in this policy and as required by applicable law.
11. Retention and deletion
Records kept on your device remain until you delete them or clear the app data. Cloud account and farm registration data is kept while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and the cloud data linked to it. We may keep limited records (such as payment and tax records and security logs) for as long as the law requires or is needed to resolve disputes and prevent fraud.
12. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, and to complain to your data-protection authority (for example under the GDPR, national data-protection laws in Africa or similar laws). To exercise a right, contact zakayotechnologies@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity first.
13. Children
PoultryWinner is for adults. Users aged 13 to 17 may use it only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including access controls on cloud data. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and protect your device.
15. This website
This website is a simple information site. It has no advertising and no analytics or tracking tools. It saves only your language and price-currency choice on your own device. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as time and network address) to deliver and protect the site.
16. Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The version and date shown below will change, and for material changes we will notify you in the app.

4. Akaunti ya wingu

5. Kinachopakiwa kwenye wingu

Malipo huchakatwa na Flutterwave; tunatunza tu namba ya kumbukumbu ya malipo, mpango, kiasi na hali, kamwe si taarifa za kadi au pesa za simu.
6. Malipo
Mipango ya kulipia huchakatwa na mtoa huduma huru wa malipo. Taarifa za kadi na pesa za simu huingizwa kwa mtoa huduma na hazihifadhiwi na sisi. Tunapokea tu matokeo ya malipo (mfano yamelipwa, yameshindwa au yamerejeshwa), mpango uliolipiwa, kiasi na namba ya kumbukumbu, ili mpango wako uwashwe na kumbukumbu zetu zitunzwe.
7. Alama za kibayometriki na passkey
Ukitumia alama ya kidole, uso au passkey, uthibitisho hufanywa na kifaa chako. Hatupokei wala kuhifadhi data yako ya kibayometriki.
8. Tunavyotumia taarifa
Kutoa na kulinda programu na akaunti yako, kukuunganisha na shamba lako na timu yako, kuwasha na kusimamia mpango wako, kuzuia matumizi mabaya na udanganyifu, kurekebisha hitilafu na kuboresha bidhaa, kujibu maombi yako, na kutimiza wajibu wa kisheria. Hatuuzi taarifa zako binafsi wala hatutumii rekodi za shamba lako kwa matangazo.
9. Wanaochakata taarifa
Tunatumia watoa huduma kuendesha programu: hifadhidata na uthibitishaji wa wingu (Supabase), huduma za kuhifadhi tovuti na programu, na mtoa huduma wa malipo. Wanaweza kuchakata taarifa kwa ajili ya kutoa huduma kwetu tu. Tunaweza pia kutoa taarifa pale sheria inapohitaji au kulinda haki, usalama na ulinzi wa watumiaji na huduma.
10. Uhamishaji wa kimataifa
Watoa huduma wetu wanaweza kuhifadhi au kuchakata taarifa katika nchi zisizo yako. Tunapohamisha taarifa binafsi tunachukua hatua zinazofaa ili zilindwe kama ilivyoelezwa katika sera hii na kama sheria inavyohitaji.
11. Uhifadhi na ufutaji
Rekodi zilizo kwenye kifaa chako hubaki hadi ukizifuta au kufuta data ya programu. Taarifa za akaunti ya wingu na usajili wa shamba hutunzwa akaunti ikiwa hai. Unaweza kuomba kufutwa kwa akaunti yako na data ya wingu inayohusiana. Tunaweza kutunza kumbukumbu chache (kama za malipo, kodi na usalama) kwa muda sheria inaohitaji au unaohitajika kutatua migogoro na kuzuia udanganyifu.
12. Haki zako

14. Usalama
Tunatumia hatua zinazofaa za kiufundi na kiutendaji, ikiwemo udhibiti wa ufikiaji wa data ya wingu. Hakuna mfumo salama kabisa, kwa hiyo tumia nenosiri imara na linda kifaa chako.
15. Tovuti hii
Tovuti hii ni tovuti rahisi ya taarifa. Haina matangazo wala zana za uchambuzi au ufuatiliaji. Huhifadhi tu uchaguzi wako wa lugha na sarafu ya bei kwenye kifaa chako. Inahifadhiwa na Cloudflare, ambayo inaweza kutunza kumbukumbu za kawaida za kiufundi (kama muda na anwani ya mtandao) ili kutoa na kulinda tovuti.
